Why is my Brain so so foggy… :(

I dont know if its just me but i havent felt so fresh and clear of late. My brain feels so blocked up, or as they say foggy. I have sworn to myself i will get back to the clarity of my youth. SO this blog is that adventure. Please join me in the Brain Fog clearing project and lets all get back to being clear and sharp.
