What Do You Know About Green Tea Tablets?
Most of the green tea tablets are designed as weight loss aids and they are loaded with added caffeine. In some cases, a person would get as much as 500mg of caffeine per day, just from the tablets, when taken as recommended by the manufacturer.
They probably cut it off at 500mg, because if you consume more than 500mg of caffeine per day, your body responds by becoming more and more anxious, less and less able to sleep. People that regularly drink green tea often limit consumption, simply because of the negative effects that the caffeine-content can have on their bodies.
Caffeine is still widely considered an appetite suppressant, despite the fact that millions and millions of overweight people regularly consume large amounts of the stimulant every day. If you really want an effective appetite suppressant, eat some whole protein. Eggs, for example, are complete protein, containing all of the essential amino acids that the body needs every day and more.
There may be other health benefits of green tea tablets, but not with the supposed â??fat-burnersâ? that are so popular. The catechins and other polyphenols extracted from the tea leaves have been shown in laboratory and/or observational human studies to:

But there simply isnâ??t enough of the effective component (catechins) in most green tea tablets to provide these benefits. To get the most benefit, look for a supplement that contains a variety of different plant extracts, standard vitamins, minerals, amino acids and co-factors. Some nutrients simply donâ??t work in the human body, unless specific co-factors are present at the same time.
There are some excellent supplements on the market that have been developed to provide a strong nutritional foundation. Thatâ??s what everyone needs, regardless of their goals. If you are overweight, you might think that there is little possibility that you are suffering from a nutritional deficiency, but the chances are actually very great.
Green tea tablets are not magic pills. As an ingredient in a totally balanced nutritional supplement, the extract is highly beneficial. Alone, it wonâ??t do much to help you lose weight or support your long-term health.
